Funding Fit diagnostic giveaway terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern the Sourcefin Funding Fit diagnostic giveaway, which runs from 18 June 2026 to 31 July 2026. By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Organiser

The giveaway is operated by Sourcefin (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2020/547484/07) (“Sourcefin”), and is governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Entrants stand a chance to win a cash prize of R5 000.00.

2. Giveaway period

The giveaway is open for entries between Thursday, 18 June 2026 at 00:00 and 31 July 2026 at 23:59 (South African Standard Time). Entries are made by completing the Funding Fit diagnostic at sourcefin.co.za/funding-fit.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entrants must be natural persons aged 18 years or older.

3.2 Entrants must complete the company funding requirements survey (the Funding Fit diagnostic).

3.3 Entrants must give their express consent to participate.

4. How to enter

4.1 Access the survey via the link provided.

4.2 Complete all required fields.

4.3 Consent to participation in the giveaway and to the processing of your personal information.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize is one cash prize of R5 000.00, which is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

5.2 The prize is paid by EFT to the winner’s nominated South African bank account.

5.3 The winner must provide valid banking details within 5 (five) business days.

5.4 Sourcefin may substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection

6.1 The winner is selected by random draw within 5 (five) business days after the closing date.

6.2 Sourcefin will make a minimum of three attempts to contact the winner using the details provided in the survey.

6.3 A winner who does not respond forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner is drawn.

6.4 The decision of Sourcefin regarding the selection of the winner is final and binding.

7. Publicity

The winner consents to the publication of their name on Sourcefin’s website, social media and marketing materials.

8. Personal information

Personal information is collected for the administration of the giveaway, lead generation and product communications, and is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 and Sourcefin’s privacy policy. Sourcefin will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9. Disqualification

Grounds for disqualification include providing false information, attempts to manipulate the giveaway, automated submissions, and non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

10. Limitation of liability

Sourcefin is not liable for any loss arising from an inability to participate or from the acceptance of a prize, and is not responsible for any technical failures.

11. General

11.1 Sourcefin reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway at any time.

11.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

11.3 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and Sourcefin.
