Sizwe is a seasoned business professional with vast experience in marketing and executive management, holding executive positions in the Motsepe Group, ABSA Marketing Manager, National Soccer League (COO), SAIL (MD) and SABC Group (Group Exec). Sizwe holds a BCom degree, a Diploma in Finance and an MAP qualification.
Joshua is an admitted attorney who practised at one of RSA’s major law firms in all areas of corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on corporate mergers & acquisitions. Joshua was part of the legal team which advised on some of RSA’s most prominent mergers & acquisitions in the past 7 years. Joshua is also a published legal author with his academic writings notably featuring in the prestigious Journal of Corporate and Commercial Law & Practice.
Joshua joined Sourcefin in 2021 as the Chief of Compliance & Operations and was appointed to Sourcefin’s board of directors.
Marom is a credit specialist. His credit models have been used to make decisions for over $500 million in credit. He holds a degree in Actuarial Science.
