Affiliate Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

Sourcefin (Pty) Ltd (registration number: 2020/547484/07) (“Sourcefin”) is running a competition where eligible entrants stand a chance to win R10 000.00 (“the prize”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open from 5 May 2026 to 5 June 2026 (“the period”). Applications received after the period will not be eligible for consideration.

2.2 The applicant must:

2.2.1 be registered as an affiliate on Sourcefin’s Affiliate Hub (“Affiliate Hub”) https://affiliatehub.sourcefin.co.za/

2.2.2 have submitted at least 3 leads via the Affiliate Hub, during the period, which meet the following criteria:

2.2.2.1 the lead must be for a prospective client that is a registered juristic person in South Africa;

2.2.2.2 the lead must be for purchase order funding to the value of a minimum of R250 000.00 or invoice discounting for a minimum of R335 000.00; and

2.2.2.3 the prospective clients have consented to the affiliate providing us with their information; and

2.2.3 consent to publication of their name(s) on Sourcefin’s social media and communication platforms should they win.

2.3 An applicant who meets the eligibility criteria will be automatically entered into the competition.

3. Winner Selection and Notification

3.1 The winner will be selected through a random electronic draw conducted by Sourcefin within 5 working days after 5 June 2026.

3.2 The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided to Sourcefin on the Affiliate Hub.

3.3 If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days from the date on which the draw is conducted, Sourcefin reserves the right to select a new winner.

4. Prize

The prize is a cash prize of R10 000.00 (Ten Thousand Rand) to be paid into the winner’s bank account as provided on the Affiliate Hub.

5. Consent to Processing of Personal Information

All personal information collected will be processed in accordance with Sourcefin’s privacy policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (as amended).

6. General

Sourcefin reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time without notice to the participants except where prohibited by the law of the Republic of South Africa.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sourcefin will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by the entrants or any selected winner(s) as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the prize.
